Andre graduated from the University of Cincinnati where he earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting. He then went on to begin his career in public accounting and earning his credentials as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Throughout Andre’s career he has gained comprehensive tax experience in tax compliance, planning, and consulting for both individuals and businesses. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Kimbaird is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University where he majored in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change. He has over 20 years in healthcare leading regulatory efforts, project management and improvement science. Kimbaird serves as an executive coach and mentor for the organization. He is a devoted husband and family man with two adult college graduated daughters.

Martin is a native of Memphis, TN and a 1989 Graduate of Tennessee State University, where he majored in Electrical Engineering. Martin accepted his calling to the ministry in December of 2005. Employed at Ford Motor company since 1992, Martin is married to Angela and he has 3 sons Martin, Austin and Brandon

A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Greg attended the University of Cincinnati. Employed at MSD for 30 years, he is married to his wife Michele. They have three sons Kenneth, Joshua and Matthew.

A native of Cincinnati, a graduate of Ohio State University, where he majored in Civil Engineering. Jeff has spent more than 32 years in the construction industry, most recently with DAG Construction. Jeff has a daughter who is a graduate of Hampton University (2013), and has mentored young men for a long-time while coaching AAU Basketball, Little league Baseball, and Football. Jeff has also been sponsoring young men over the past several years as they transition into college life.

A native of Dayton, OH, Roddell is a 1990 graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where he majored in Marketing. Roddell has held several senior level positions in the financial services industry since 1991, most recently with First Financial Bank, where he is the Director of Community Development. Roddell is married to his wife Tracy, a graduate of Central State University. They have 3 daughters, Taylor, Tyler, and Terrin. Roddell is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
